Heart Yard Signs Rental Agreement

Thank you for choosing Heart Yard Signs! We are thrilled to help you celebrate your special occasion with our custom yard signs.

These Terms and Conditions are for the rental and use of Heart Yard Signs. Payment is
acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

1. Signs
Heart Yard Signs and displays are used multiple times and made to last. Our signs
are made to be outside in all kinds of weather and are good for the environment.
Our signs are only rented and not for sale. Please read and follow guidelines about
our terms and conditions to care for our yard signs. We want to make sure they stay
in great condition and do not get damaged or broken. Safety is a top priority and we
want to make sure nobody gets hurt with our yard signs.

• Do not remove, rearrange, or harm yard signs

• For safety of everyone, do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard signs.

• Our signs WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult.

• Keep animals away from the signs.

• Do not alter the sign including attaching balloons or decorations.

• Please protect our signs from lawn mowers, weed eaters and any other damaging
  equipment. If you have a lawn care service please advise them not to service while
  the signs are installed. Its best to have your yard serviced right before we come.

2. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations. Payment is made at the time of booking. In
the event of inclement weather or other major event prohibiting us from installing
your sign, you will receive a refund or credit. Cancellations must be received at least
72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery to receive a refund. No refunds will be
given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

3. Installation of yard signs. There must be an adult at your address when your sign is
installed and when it’s removed. A trained representative from Heart Yard Signs
will come to your property to set up and remove your yard signs. Do not pull the
signs from the ground. Please water your lawn for two days in a row to prepare the
ground for installation if it has not recently rained. Signs will be placed on the yard
or lawn area. We will place a small sign identifying Heart Yard Signs with our
contact information. Please do not remove.

4. Arrival and Departure Times. Heart Yard Signs will attempt to arrive later in the
day or the evening of the day prior to the date of your event, or the morning of the
day of installation, depending on the number of deliveries scheduled for that date.
We will not guarantee a certain time but will try to accommodate requests. Please
ensure that your address is clearly visible. Your sign will be removed by a
representative from Heart Yard Signs on the day agreed by for removal. At that time
the representative will advise of any damage or missing pieces. You will be
responsible for return of all sign pieces that make up the display. You will be
invoiced and charged for any damaged or missing yard signs.

5. IN NO EVENT SHALL HEART YARD SIGNS OR CUSTOMER BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL
OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM HEART YARD SIGNS
PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR THE
FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY GOODS SOLD PURSUANT
HERETO, WHETHER DUE TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY,
STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, THE NEGLIGENCE OF HEART YARD
SIGNS OR OTHERWISE. HEART YARD SIGNS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES TO PERSON OR PROPERTY DURING THE INSTALLATION AND
REMOVAL OF PRODUCTS WHERE CUSTOMER FAILED TO COMPLY WITH
TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

6. Photographs. With your permission, Heart Yard Signs will take pictures of your
sign and post it on our social media and website.

By placing an order and booking with Heart Yard Signs, you agree to all policies stated
above.
